Ellen Kinney purchased a duplex apartment on North 9th Street in Williamsburg in 2010 for $705,000, according to public records. The one-bedroom apartment with home office has its own private entrance and is located on the ground and lower levels of the building.

Actress Tatum O’Neal has left the building, but Antonio Versace, a partial heir to his late uncle Gianni Versace’s vast fashion fortune, has moved into the Lower East Side’s Forward condo complex.
